SDPQ-L, SSPQ-L series two-line distributor (20MPa)

 

1. Conditions of use

It is suitable for the double-line centralized lubrication system with a nominal pressure of 20MPa. As a metering oil supply device, it directly pushes the piston to supply oil by the oil supply pressure under the action of the alternate oil supply pressure of the two oil supply pipes, and completes the lubrication to each lubricating oil. The function of dispensing the grease at the point of metering.

The oil supply ports of SDPQ-L series one-way oil outlet distributors are all at the bottom, and the forward and reverse movements of the distributor pistons discharge oil from the same oil supply port. Each time the system works, each oil supply port drains oil once.

SSPQ-L series two-way oil outlet distributors have oil supply ports on the front and bottom. The forward and reverse actions of the distributor piston discharge grease from the oil supply ports on the front and bottom respectively. Compared with the SDPQ type distributor, the oil supply port is doubled, and the front right oil supply port is prefabricated with one plug, and the second port is combined into one plug. SSPQ-L2, 3, and 4 series of distributors have the same external and installation dimensions for the same number of oil ports, which are easy to change and replace. This series of distributors can directly observe the working conditions of the distributor from the action of the indicator rod, and can also easily adjust the oil supply amount of each oil supply port within the specified range by adjusting the screw.
