DBD type relief valve is a direct-acting relief valve, with poppet valve structure (pressure to 40MPa) and ball valve structure (pressure to 63MPa), a total of 7 pressure levels: 2.5, 5, 10, 20, 31.5, 40, 63MPa. Three pressure adjustment methods: adjustment handle, adjustment handle with lock, adjustment bolt with protective cover. Three connection methods: plate type, tube type, plug-in type.

 

The valve is small in size, compact in structure, good in flow characteristics, low in noise and stable in pressure. It is widely used in small flow systems as safety valve and control valve.

 

Plug-in structure:

 

The valve is composed of an insert body (1), a spring (2), an adjustment mechanism (3), a cone valve (ball valve) (4) with a damping piston, and a spring seat (5). The cone valve is fixed on the spring seat (5) by the spring force, and the pressure is adjusted steplessly by adjusting the spring through the adjusting mechanism. The pressure oil enters the valve from the P port and acts on the poppet valve and the damping piston. When the set pressure is reached, the pressurized oil overcomes the spring force to lift the poppet valve (4), and the pressurized oil flows to the T port. The travel of the poppet valve is limited by the pin.

 

In order to ensure good flow characteristics, the pressure range is divided into 7 pressure levels, each pressure level has a spring, and the maximum adjustment pressure is the same as the pressure level.

 

For plate type and tube type structure, the plug-in valve can be installed on the corresponding valve body.
