RFA series miniature straight-return oil return oil filter is used for fine filtration of oil return in hydraulic system, to filter out contaminants such as metal particles produced by wear of components in hydraulic system and rubber impurities of seals, so as to keep the oil flowing back to the oil tank clean. The oil return filter is installed on the top of the oil tank, the cylinder is partially immersed in the oil tank, and the bypass valve, the diffuser, the filter element pollution blocking signal and other devices are installed. It has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient installation, large oil passing capacity, small pressure loss, and convenient replacement of filter elements.

1. Easy installation and connection, simplifying the system pipeline: the filter is directly installed on the oil tank cover, the filter head is exposed outside the oil tank, the oil return cylinder is immersed in the oil tank, and the oil inlet is provided with a pipe and flange connection , which simplifies the system pipeline, makes the system layout more compact, and the installation and connection are more convenient.
2. Set up the filter element pollution transmitter and oil bypass valve to improve the reliability of the hydraulic system: when the filter element is blocked by pollutants or the system liquid temperature is too low, flow pulsation and other factors cause the oil inlet pressure to be 0.35 MPa, the signal is sent. The device will send out a signal. The filter element should be replaced in time or the oil temperature should be increased. In this case, when it is not possible to stop the machine immediately to deal with these faults, the bypass valve located at the lower part of the filter element will automatically open and work (the opening pressure of the bypass valve is 0.4MPa) to protect the normal operation of the filter and hydraulic system.
3. The design adopts straight-back oil filter, which makes it very convenient to replace the filter element or refuel the oil tank: just unscrew the filter cover (cleaning cover) to replace the filter element or add oil to the oil tank, and there are 2 M18x1.5 in the filter head. The oil port can be used to install a transmitter on either side or to filter a small amount of oil back to the tank in the system.
4. With liquid flow diffuser: The diffuser is set at the bottom of the oil return cylinder, which can make the oil return medium flow into the oil tank smoothly, and it is not easy to generate air bubbles, thereby reducing the re-entry of air and reducing the disturbance of deposited pollutants.
5. The filter element is made of glass fiber filtration material: it has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, large oil passing capacity, small original pressure loss, and large dirt holding capacity. Efficiency n≥99%, in line with ISO standards.
