USAGE AND MAINTENANCE

3. During the use of the oil filter truck, if abnormal conditions such as increased noise and reduced oil output are found, the main reason is that the oil suction line leaks, the oil suction is not smooth or the oil suction filter is polluted and blocked. At this time, it should be stopped in time. Check whether there is any gap between the oil suction hose and the joint. If there is a gap or looseness, air will be sucked in and cause noise: the depth of the hose inserted under the liquid surface is not enough, and the shallowest depth should be kept greater than 4d (the diameter of the hose): Keep a certain distance from the side wall or bottom of the liquid container to ensure smooth oil absorption and whether the oil suction filter element is blocked. The oil suction filter should be disassembled, and the filter element should be removed for cleaning or replacement.
4. If it is found that the gauge pressure of the pressure gauge on the fine filter cover reaches 02Mpa, it means that the fine filter element is blocked. At this time, replace the filter element. If it is not dealt with in time, the gauge pressure will continue to rise. When it exceeds 0.4Mpa, the safety valve will automatically open. , then the oil output will be significantly reduced. When replacing the filter element, remove the cover bolt and take out the filter element.
5. If the pressure drops suddenly during the rise of the gauge pressure, you should check whether the fine filter element is broken down or the oil pump is emptied. The hose should be kept clean. When not in use, the cover of the hose should be sealed in time, and the hose should be coiled and hung on the simplified hook. Be careful not to squeeze the hose.
